Form Submission not showing in Pronto Dashboard
Solution
The GForms API keys don’t saved in Pronto Dashboard yet, you need to sync site again.
Step to sync site in Pronto Dashboard:
- Go to site in the account (ex: Log in to your Pronto Account)
- Click
Syncbutton on the site details page - Then go to Form Submissions of that site (ex: Log in to your Pronto Account)
- Then click
Syncbutton on the Form Submissions page again - The form submissions should pull entries from WordPress site correctly.
Tips to check why the form doesn't sync in Pronto Dashbaord:
- Access to Pronto Dashboard’s admin and go to
Client Sites: - Search the target site you need to check (ex: Example site)
- See at fields:
Gformswebapi public keyandGformswebapi private key, should have value saved in these 2 fields- If doesn’t have value, try to sync site (see step for Sync site in Pronto Dashboard above)
- Check the Gforms Web API keys are should match in WordPress site
- You can see GForms Web API Key in Gravity Forms > Settings > REST API key
