How to?
- Use Elementor’s Flip box widget
- Set Motion Effects > Mouse Effects > 3D Tilt
- If you wanted to make each boxes rounded don’t forget to set border-radius on both Flip Box > Content > Settings and Flip Box > Advanced > Border

Flip Box > Advanced > Border The reason that we need to set the border-radius on both places is to shape the box-shadow to be rounded too if we have it.
